Seomo's right. The handle to blade proportions are all off for a blade of 71 to 76 cm or ~2.5 shaku and the curve isn't enough for a wakizashi. It would have to be a ninja-to or kodachi (a blade between 1 and 2 shaku).

EDIT: sry, a shaku is 30.3 cm. Anything up to one shaku was a dagger. Anything between 1 and 2 shaku was a short sword. Anything between 2 and 3 shaku was a long sword and anything above that was just freaking huge. Like, think claymore huge.

Looks insanely good

A bit long yes, but make the blade 1/4th shorter, little little bit curvier from middle and it will perfect, but even if u won't make it shorter and curvier, still looks very cool, nice work

Yes, much nicer and better proportions. The blade is a bit too long to be a katana, but it's not curved enough to be a tachi (80 to 90 cm), so its a O-katana. This just means that its slightly larger than the typical 71-76 cm and was pretty common when katanas were first being made as they phased out the tachi.
