The more you watch it the more "acclimated" you become... there's a scene in the middle where he's doing coke, not the caffeinated kind, and at the end the thing is like doing wheelies in a wheelchair. I almost bought it was a real clinical video until the Chiuaua is in the mix, it's odd but funny at end. We were bored, but not sleepy... anyway, I found that video while browsing. We watched it about two or three times. My buddy kept saying something like, "Dude, is that real?" Its not truely crazy until you're half asleep and its pitch dark outside. O.o We finally agreed it wasn't real, only because of the stupid second half - the whole dancing rave part. That was actually the original video, and the first part was added later. It would have been so much cooler if they just took out that second part completely...
