Kuraku Hideaki 07-15-2005, 11:54 PM MILLITARY HIERACHY Recruit (those who are new to the family and wish to be a fighter) -A recruits main job is to train enough so that he is handed up a level in the system. A recruit must learn all basic skills inlcuding but not limited to: swordsmanship, archery, judo, kendo, crafting, and must learn ALL family traditions and festivals, as well as all rituals included in the Bushido faith. | | V Foot soldier (those who have trained sufficiently and demonstrated their skills in front of a family official. This will make up most of our millitary) -Foot soldiers are the base of our millitary. They are asked to participate in all wars, raids, battles, etc. They are given food, shelter, protection and organisation in return for this. Foot soldiers must also learn special family tecniques and skills if they wish to be a Samurai. Also, foot soldiers must be able to build structures, like houses and battlements incase of war (I.E. the carpentry and building skill). | | V Samurai (those who have taken part in many wars and shown great dedication to the family. Becoming a samurai is by invitation only, and is not random at all) -The samurai are the special members of the family who have been playing for a long time, know all offensive, defensive, family and trade skills, have shown there dedication to the family in battle, have been there in times of need and have befriended the family leaders. Family samurai are given a special family sword and armour set, all with the family emblem painted on them. Samurai also have to attend religious ceremonies once a week, and help organize festivals for holidays. | | V Commander/General (a very few group of people choson by the family leaders. These people have contributed much to the family, have done their part in protecting our community and have demonstrated advanced and family skills in front of a family leader) -The commanders and generals of the family are the best-of-the-best. The commanders and generals are mostly those who have been offered a place in the families blood wolf unit but have chosen otherwise. They must be respected, as they are in a higher position in a family leader in some cases. Notes: The Hierachy is very small, so most people will be equal. Samurai's will only make up 1/5 of our millitary. Recruits, foot soldiers and samurai's are treated equally. Commanders must be addressed, and their orders followed.
