(i played FOM for a day, i got mad because guys in full militant gear (high level i assume) would randomly follow me around and kill me, and i would have no weapons at the time, so after killing me they would start spouting insults about the Faction i belonged to, so i began viewing the game as a type of gang wars for gamers rather than an actual game, if i was a real person in that 'life' i would never leave my apartment after my first experience in the world. Also, i got tired of wasting my cash on clones(what happens when you run out of them anyways?). )

One thing is, you never buy ur clones, you buy ur clone insurance, its only 2K a month, and a month is around 2 weeks, so thats long enough for a person to gain more cash than 2K.

Theres a lot more, but being a newbie means that you'll have to watch others and follow them until you can lead youself. I hated being a newbie. :mad:

Following your advice i decided to jump back into the FoM world, the game's a little easier to play when you have people of your own experience level (other noobs) because you can share advice amongst each other, etc. But one thing I'm having trouble with is the missions, i go into the Mission Search, and when i find a mission i would like to do, i don't know how to start doing it, i tried double clicking and right clicking and pressing enter and so on, i just don't know what to do.

Well, only game i'm playing atm is Guild Wars. I still have my account active for WoW, but...I lost my CD and was too lazy to go back to the store and get another. (Actually I did go back but when I saw guild wars I "forgot" to get WoW and got that instead :P)

Actually, i was in the Beta. I did most of the quests available in the beta but all i really want to do is participate in the pvp. Guild wars has the best pvp i have ever seen. ever. in every ever that ever was. ever. (times 2 ;))

If you want even better PvP, play Lineage 2. Level crunch sucks but the castle sieges and normal PvP is well worth it.

Omg, I'm still debating wether or not to go back to that great game and start fresh again :( DAoC was sooooo fun. I love the bard class out of all of em though. But, my friend in rl is MAKING me go back to WoW next week :/ Haha oh well, till next time DAOC!

A few others forums I've been looking at recently have been going back, I think they have some new servers or something - I had Zerker, crazy type to rush in the middle of battle and go fool, then couldn't get healing ever so started my healer, he rocks.

At first I thought this was going to be a thread asking for our total collection, and I was worried I'd have to crash the servers with my gigantic post listing every game I own. :|

3) World of Warcraft (I haven't touched the game in months since I fought Onyxia and went to Molten Core, but my account is still active...go fig)

4) TMNT: Turtles in Time (Anyone who says they don't like this game is either a moron, or a damned liar...I play this game off an on every month. It's a quick 35 min run through, but always a riot to play :D)

5) Ridge Racer PSP (I just finished the Pro Tour, and I'm halfway through the EX Tour, but took a break to go through Killer 7. Once Policenauts is finished, I'm going to finish off this bad boy)

I think that's my entire CURRENT games list, but the summer is long, I have no job, and there are many hours to fill glued to the TV. Coming up, I'll probably pick up Battlefield 2 and play that online for some time. I had a riot with the demo, and I was a huge 1942 fan. I also need to find a copy of Moonlight Syndrome for PS1, and "Flower, Sun and Rain" for PS2 (Suda51's other games before making Killer 7).

I also need to make a small fortune so I can buy a NEO GEO AES system, and start a collection. It's the only system that's out that I still want. :|

The first ever finished Historical Finnish Wars modification is here, carrying version number 1.0.
After a two years hard work, mod that started under a name Finlandiamod and then became FinnWars
has finally been finished by Snowflake Studios. The latest version has gone through lots of
testing phases, but we still take an option to release fixes if it will be needed. In any case
we will release mappacks in the future.

- Continuation War included
- 8 new airplanes: Curtiss Hawk P-75, Fokker D-21, Gloster Gladiator Mk. II, Polikarpov I-153, BF109, Ilyushin, Yak9 and JU87.
- 5 new handweapons and previous weapons tweaked.
- 10 new land vehicles.
- More than 60 realistic effects from muzzle shots to explosions included.
- Over 15 new maps for both Winter War and Continuation War. Old maps tweaked and some redone/deleted.
- A great deal of new sounds for airplanes, land vehicles, weapons etc.
- Over 10 new stationary weapons from machine guns (Ironsights) to howitzers.
- Some Easter Eggs added

I've been wanting to play Killer7 for what seems like the last million years.

As for my current list, i've been going back through a bunch of old games to keep my occupied:

1. Clock Tower: First Fear (for SNES)
2. Assault Suits Valken (for SNES!)
3. Snatcher (one of the best, period)

I'm seriously pondering buying a copy of Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner soon. It's a game i've been really aching for. That, and the Megaten series is wonderful, period, off-shoots and all.

I'm also waiting for Gun (for PS2; free-roaming Westerns are lovely) and Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures. There are others, but i'll keep it simple for now.

Mainly Guild wars, and i've just finished with DAoC. DAoC has waaaay too many problems. I play almost exclusively for the stealth wars (my main was a 50 scout on Lancelot btw, in Ice dragons (Peragryn). Yes, thats the uber guild :-p ) but now everyone zergs, 1v1's are rare now.

I bought Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne fairly recently, but truth be told i'm not enjoying it as much as i thought i would. Storyline, characters, atmosphere, style, i love it all; but gameplay, for some reason, is leaving me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It's seeming more like a job to me than a game.

Anyway, the two games i'm looking forward to the most this year are GUN (which i think looks absolutely phenomenal) and Shadow of the Colossus (which is beautiful enough to bring tears to my eyes). They both seem like incredible, unique games to me, especially Shadow of the Colossus.

Too true, you go in there to play and people are flying all over the place, and you can shoot them like 100 times and they won't die. I hate hackers, they just ruin the game so bad, but that Maiet company is so bad at protecting it's services

I was pretty good at the Take Down with the daggers, if you pull that now though, everyone flames you and says you're a noob...so odd, because all the masters used to do it way back when it first went international...and it still takes some skill, 'cause if you miss, you're messed basically, I just played again the other night, i hadn't for a while. It's pretty fun, I guess Maiets getting their act together, cause I didn't see any hackers, just laggers.

Most people suck at recovering though, it's mostly people like, level 17 and up that know when to press the button to recover, everyone else just goes down and i 'r4p3z0rz' them with my smg's.

DW5, I think, is the best one yet - save that you can't create your own officers. *teardrop* There is a bunch of new ones, to help supplement, and there is a 'unique' storyline for each. (Unique means like, one character-specific mission and usually a character-specific movie). They also brought in Zuo-Ci to help motivate you to collect all the characters so you can play him. Gameplay, the same, with better graphics. Oh! It's a bit more historically accurate. A bit.
