Svage 01-16-2010, 06:37 PM ACT is a college test o.O http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ACT_%28test%29 yeah, I was in the rockey mountain talent search for a couple years, they paid for me to take SATs and ACTs to prepare me for college. I scored good enough to get into several universities at that time, just didn't have any advanced algebra skills. hey, I got into Nuclear engineering with no Physics training if that tells you anything about what my level of intelligence is. My spelling sucks, but I am good at reasoning things out. Alot of things most people find hard I can get through with my version of common sense. Oh yeah, and that is a good score. I'll find out what mine was. I think it was in the high teens. I would actually be interested in seeing how I would score now. Vahn 01-19-2010, 11:03 AM I never took them! Yes, I have a degree (piano major, self-designed world cultural history minor) I think taking ACTs or SATs were supposed to be required as a senior at my High School, I think? I can't remember, I'm getting old. I do remember that I found a loophole in the system and exploited it (I graduated early - maybe that was it). Not to skip the test or anything - I'd have taken it. I just ended up not having to *shrug* Nice job on yours, though. We used to just color on cave walls with our own blood. Some of us are old, it's true. I have no idea what I would've scored, had I taken it. Probably a 1. That's like first place, right? Probably a 27. I'm making that up, I actually have no idea what is considered a "good" score on those :-/ . I'm assuming you guys have all received good scores, and deserve the "Well Done"s!
