Heya guys I was looking on Gamespot to see if they had us listed and they do but they don't have very much about us listed so maybe we could give them a prearranged summary of what we intend to do.
I don't how hard you guys are trying for publicity but if you do this it may help.

Lol yeah I have already advertised this game on several forums I am on (By just mentioning the name and interests of it) and it helps them get more eager to try it. But GameSpot would bring a lot of interest in this game..heh I remember when I found this game on MMORPG.com
Actually, I find the scripting system to be very similar to Oblivion's system... If word gets out to Oblivion modders, they might be able to help develop it. That player-owned NPC idea might be achievable, as it has been done in several mods (albeit truly successful only in a few)
I'm great at math and logical thinking which could be used for scripting, but I'm going through some problems that affect my thinking a little...

I believe, don't quote me til a team member gets here, but last time someone brought a similar idea up and the dev team wanted to wait til we get closer to the beta stage or in it. This is because we don't want people to come here and see that we have a good idea and concept, but nothing to show yet. Many people our fickle and tend to leave such projects :-( And as it is developed by people in their own time, they can not set a deadline saying bam! here it is. Therefore as great games take time, this one will and when the time is right, I'm sure the dev team will approach GameSpot.

Personally, I have wondered about copyright protection and trademarks before anything is released.

I've spread news among my friends but i know what you mean. No point getting the hype up when theres nothing to show. Best to wait until you can make them sign up and then hook them in with some pretty screenshots/beta
