Anyways, it requires a recording chip, and or a special TV that is capable with the computer, IE, the I-TV and newer tvs that can 'double' as monitors for your PC straight out of the box. I've never done it myself, but from what I know the chip is very underground, and few people will give information on it easily. Ill try and ask my Brother when he gets back from Germany, he used to do it. Edit-I'm also quite sure a DVR or things like that can do it too..As long as its the kind that can connect to the internet.
