This summer, I might get a digital Vid.camera, and with that said, put emphasis(however spelled) on "Might".
Basically, I wanted to show my Family Martial Art Style, to you guys on the forum! my dad and I were thinking about recording some moves; Throws;Kick combinations; self defence, ect ect ect..
But it depends on how many are interested in watching it.. On the + Side, you DO get to see me :P.
Regardless of whoever wants to see it, we're recording it, but it's up to you guys if you wanna see it.

That sounds like a great idea. I am definitely interested in watching.
And on the topic of withdrawal, HOLY WITHDRAWAL FROM AIKIDO BATMAN...Why was it so easy to find a good Aikido instructor in Ireland, but not where I live? (Iowa) boo! :)

I'm not sure how they're counting it, but this is how they explained it to me
On my mothers side, 12 generations, on my fathers side, 7 generations.
You figure it out. :P Because I can't see the logic in it.
Huh...interesting lol..
Well, I'll take "12 generations" as an answer then :)

It could be that the 2 family styles were combined, thats why 12 and 7.
Maybe ur mothers side used to teach it. After 5 generations of its existance someone from ur fathers side started to train in its ways and after fellowship that lasted many generations, there was born daughter and son and they were paired up :P (the end was kinda suckie but i'm in hurry -_-'' soz)
btw these were mere speculations, i like to 'speculate' :P

Yeah it's hard figuring out that generation thing, I just say 7th Generation because saying 12 to someone who don't really understand it, would make people go all "Whaa.?" So, 7 is neutral.
However, Yeah I'll record it if I get my Digital Camera, which I should be getting soon. we thought about staging a fight but only with moves from within our style, but do remember though, our art was made from other arts which were combined and new forms and moves were created, so if you were to see a Kick they've got in karate, it shouldn't be suprising, because most martial arts DO have the same Kicks, and punches (Except from some Kung fu styles which is very diffrent when it comes to punches).
Regardless, What we'll show, If we get too it, Sword Style, Polearm, ShortSword (swords: Several diffrent types of katanas), Unarmed grappling, kicks, punches, throws, locks, ect..
We might conceal our faces! with Some Spirit masks, (Foxes) So we look cool when we do it! ! ! well that.. and i just look damn cute in those :P haha.
PS: I never check my posts for Typos.. so Get used to it. Haha,.
Totally looking forward to it, provided it happens!
