ok i watch naruto shippuude 15 the other day, and i felt like flying to japan and just slaping the script wrighters up and down the room, not only was the story bad, but was got me most mad, is after all this time of his two move shadow clone and rasengan we get to see a new move......and it was a called the big ball rasengan, oh yer thats right its like the rasengan but it comes in a tiny bit bigger ball, woop de do, soin the end im going to have to drop naruto on his head and walk away

but there is a new hope that is keeping me going and it is known as claymore, if you like blood, guts, bits of body flying about this is the one, if a bit of a sad tale, but on a lighter note if you just want to laught none stop my picks are Hayate no gotoku and my fav seto no hanayome now if these two dont make you laugh, you most be dead or some inhumane monster with no fellings Selmo:p

I agree with Sykoi =]

Oh, and i have never watched Naruto. I could see from the very start it would be a very dull and repetetive anime. Death Note FTW! =]

Yeah, Naruto is way too drawn out. Even for Naruto.
New name - same stuff.

I quite agree SunWuKong

Raku, Death Note was "Coming Soon" as a movie when I was last in Japan. One assumes it's out by now. That is a movie that is based on an Anime (or manga) right? Is it good, or was your FTW sarcastic? The movie poster looked interesting.

I actually posted the last one before watching eps 12-15.

So, in the 3 years of intense training Naruto learned what? Nothing!! (Oh wait, he learned to try to dispel illusions, and wear new clothes.) You think they would work on him learning how to do Rasengan by himself without the help of a clone.

Try watching Darker Than Black.

Actually the movie has been out for a while now, and so has the sequal :P.

They are both very good movies, and might I add very reasonable to have been based on an anime. I cant stress enough how much i love the storyline, and the fact the the writers have replaced repetetive sword and magic fights with an extremely complex series of mind games. For me, its very original and an anime you have to watch (i know ive said it many times before).

One final thought about the anime Death Note though, I cant believe that Ryuk...

I'll have to get my girlfriend to send me a copy of it then, maybe the sequel too. I don't have a region-free DVD player, but it will run on my PC just fine.

You watch Naruto AND you have a girlfriend? Impressive. *wink wink nudge nudge*

She doesn't watch anime though (except the miyazaki films...huge fan of totoro and kiki)

Also she doesn't play video games. That's a bummer :) (she'll play wii boxing though...and ddr...and the original Super Mario Brothers, but that's it)
