I am working on the new design for my Tatsumaki fansite, and it isn't working out too well...
This is what it is supposed to look like...

Awful, I know.... Well... if there is anyone out there who would be able to help me, help is very very very appreciated. :)
Man do i wish i kept studying HTML/CSS.

Now trying to use tables instead of layers....
Does anyone know how to make tables expand downwards instead of horizontally when text and stuff overflows it?

Well... since I don't know much beyond text colors and backgrounds for css, it would be HTML...

go through the css tutorials, then read the ref list, and look at his websites for download... you can pretty much learn all of css in a few hours
