Delerium 03-15-2007, 04:08 PM this doesnt make any sense. wouldn't a game designer design the game initially with a plan of how it will be released? shouldn't a game designer know at least the basics of a client, a server and where to look for information? It is like saying "hi i am a doctor, a few nurses and me are doing surgery but we don't know exactly how to use anesthesia." They have anesthesiologists for that very reason, so I can see how you know how to code and design a game but not know how to do certain things like add online functionality to it since that requires knowledge of networking and all that stuff. Yet I cannot put it online without knowing networking and stuff. So yea I really didn't know where to look or anything. But the game is a MMORPG. But I got to figure out all of the networking things. Which I don't know anything about atm....
