New features for the forum?

Well I finally have some time, and looking at various areas of the forum - I realize its missing some things... So, go ahead and list features you think the forum could use.
The features could range from new store items, to a new area in the forum.


Some ideas I've come up with:

New chat system using AJAX (Think html, no flash, no java, no refreshing)
Possibly a 'dynamic avatar' system in which you can purchase items to enrich the character. A profile view would fit in the avatar area, and a larger area would fit in the signature as an image.

Loving this ideas. Here are some others I have come up with.

1. Arcade, bring it back :P
2. Possible skins for the forums?
3. Clean up Diary/Family forums. Either make a forum for all families, set up in diary or by creating one and have a seperate forum for the private journals. Mainly get rid of the doubles.
4. Something in the RPG that allows you to see all People who have set up their character or another way to be able to fight people easier.
5. An art Forum broken into 2 sections, T:LaW related and Misc. (or implemented elsewhere in the forums, such as one in the katana and one in t:law as subforums)
6. Some sort of an award system would be cool (possible player creation of them too) kinda like the current gift thing. So if you won the poetry contest (go grun! :)) then it would maybe have a pen and paper and when you highlight it, it says "First Poetry Contest- First Place".

EDIT: Time for some more :P
7. Move Anime and Comic under community Project forums.
8. Easier access to page someone, currently its a bit of a pain. (scratch that, i just found it in quick links XD)
9. Fix the RPG wager glitch.
10. Some more smilies cause I love em so much :D

I think that the Dynamic Avatar system would be great - especially if it had an ancient Japanese theme. It would be so cool to have my own little ninja with super-rare masks, or even a character that could be used to resemble... Raku? The ones we will use in The LAW?

Another thing to add to my list is "unique" items to the RPG that can be won through contests etc.

yeh that would be cool, however on the topic of the forums... I think maybe more stuff to do with points would be cool, like more things to buy. The dynamic avatar sound cool also.

The dynamic avatar thingy would be pretty cool. Choosing his/her clothes, weapons and all kinds of things that would represent you and your character! Maybe even put him in a stance or something =P. I like the idea!
