The first one or the second one?
I think the "Revolution" looks better, because its more sleek.
The PS3 looks like crap. And its curved, so you play sideways and you put the disk in, and its rocking back and forth. And the controller looks like..... (in the spoiler - its a quote from someone else, and i agree ^^)

Well, I personally favor the appearance of the revolution over the PS3. I'm not gonna let it bias which console I get though. (I thought it would just be a fight between these two, but now Oblivion makes me wonder about XBox360). I think its unfair picture though, as the revolution isn't displayed with its funky controller (which in no way could be considered sleek looking), where the ps3 lets everyone look at its... boomerang o.O

haha i will prolly choose PS3 over revolution, but i deff like the outward appearance of teh revolution, though that has yet to be the main basis of purchasing a console

I was going to build a bad computer to do gaming on, but decided to wait for the PS3 instead. Then can hook it up to the Hi Def.

The PS3 has my vote, the only thing I hate about it is the controller. It is so small and it doesnt look comfortable at all. The Revolution looks like an old VCR/DVD player.
I think the 360 looks better than both of them!

Personally, I think that the PS3 looks better... the Nintendo Revolution looks ok, I guess, But have you seen the control pad for it? I have to say,,,,, that is really is something to behold! hehe

No it doesn't. The thing is barely bigger than a VHS tape. And no VCR has the Apple look.

It's just too hard to pit these two consoles against each other, considering the variety that they'll both be offering. PS3 is kicking it up a notch for Sony (but Xbox 360 still seems to have an edge on the graphics market, like the Xbox did when it was released), and the Revolution is really a unique step in gaming.
Of course, the Revolution seems like it'll be the make-or-break console for Nintendo, much like Dreamcast was for Sega, hopefully with better results. At the very least, Nintendo still controls the hand-held market, so they aren't gonna disappear there.
I'm looking forward to both.
Guys remember, theres always a simple solution for everything.
In this case, just use the PS3 with the normal PS2 controller. That way, you can brag to your friends but not have to worry about them teasing you because of your... well, read first post spoiler ;)

The Revolution looks better. Always been a fan of black over silver, and besides, that PS3 controller looks like something you'd buy from Walmart with the name "Pelican Airflow Super Controller!" stamped on it...
I'm quite the Nintendo fanboy, but lately, consoles have gotten on my nerves... I mean, I'm tired of forking out a lot of money on one system, only to have a new one come out in a few years. If they just stuck with the Cube and gave it the Revolutions enhancements, I'd like it.
I'm going to get a Revo for one thing... Smash Brothers. By far, going to be seriously awesome game.
As far as the remote controller? Ah, I'll have to try it, first. My friend did say one thing that stuck with me, though... "We're going to look so nerdy flinging those things at the television."

You do have to admit though, people will look a bit 'simple' using those controllers.

Yeah man, that thing has it's OWN processor! It's a Mini-PS2! I swear it! You can take it anywhere with you and it projects a 50 foot x 50 foot screen infront of you, and you can play any Sony games ever!...
Seriously, you like that thing? I'd go kill Kangaroos with it...

i like the look of the revolution, plus it has that cool glow from inside the disc thingy...awesome. somewhere along the line...sony just lost its taste of style..:( and the controller....whats up with sony's controllers, it was never comfortable before, but now, heh. at least i can use it to throw at the TV if i get frustrated, and it will fly back. Good 'ol controller.:rolleyes:
