Telsist 02-28-2006, 04:43 PM I just wanted to banter a little that FC needs to stop keeping me logged in when I use it from one of the University computer labs. I keep coming back to my dorm PC and it says I'm already logged in, eventhough I shouldn't be. Grr. Okay. Pie? Sykoi 02-28-2006, 04:49 PM Not sure why it would do that... Are you letting the window pop up to log you out? If not, it'll take awhile for you to time out. Also, are you making sure you log out on the forum? selmo 03-01-2006, 09:07 AM I have noticed that people using FF or netscape maybe, not IE do not get logged out unless another person joins the chat. Like IE when you close FC disconnects you but FF does not... Tomoshibi 03-01-2006, 12:29 PM I have noticed the same thing as selmo, but I thought it was just my computer (its really messed up). Sometimes it even says I'm logged into flashchat, when I know full well that I am not. Yes, I do let the little blue log out window pop up. Telsist 03-01-2006, 02:34 PM That's gotta be it. I've been logging in using Firefox on school computers. I use Opera on my home computer and it disconnects me automatically. It's not really a huge problem if I get left logged in, except people might try to talk to me and I won't be able to respond. moses 03-01-2006, 02:49 PM so thats why whenever i join it says they just left :( |
