Well as you can see I'm a bit new here. I actually had a few questions, I wasnt able to find them. Mind you I didnt search overly long.

Well I was just curious what time this game takes place in, like what year.As well if there will be passage of time, like seasons will more than likly be in I would imagine, but will years actually go by and if so , will it be real time or accelarated, and if sped up will you reset the game once it gets to a certain date.

anyway I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, or if its just irrelevent at this point in development.

The game takes place in 1501; we're shooting for historical accuracy - but not so much that we don't have slight leg room (We want it so there are still famous places, people, etc. in game - but not so accurate that no one can change anything).

Passage of time is listed in the wiki ;)
