Kashira - Leader
The leader, their job is to assign missions to the rest of the family, and keep them in shape. After the resignation of the Kashira, the next leader will be chosen by the Oyabuns through various votes. The Kashira must show extreme skills in leadership, because their role is the most important of all.
Oyabun - Boss
The elitists, their roles are to accept missions and take responsibility for their teams. Bosses are to act maturely and appropriately torwards their duties, and be the inspiration for the rest of the family. Oyabun's are elected by other Oyabun's for their recognized skills in combat, leadership, and any other traits.
Shishou - Master
The masters, Shishou are the teachers of the family who trains the younger generations the art and ways of the Bakemono. Mistaken them not, Shishou hold equal respect and ranks as the Oyabun. Some of the most legendary Shishou trained alongside their former masters for years before becoming a teacher themselves.
Kobun - Student
The recruited members of the Bakemono, and the next generation of the family. Kobuns participate in missions given from their superiors, but their main role is to be assigned to a Shishou and learn from them; their place in the Bakemono and society. Kobuns are to develope great knowledge about themselves and their surroundings through multiple teachings by their Shishou.
