Battle Pope? Care to explain a tad about this comic?

The first thing that came to my mind was a bunch of Popes kicking each others ass, as if there was some sort of underground "Fight Club".

No no, it takes place when the world is going to crap. It's in dire need of a savior, and since Jesus is a washed-up hippy, God takes a less-than-holy Pope and gives him huge muscles :D Quality literature, let me tell you.

Hey Sun, I used to read Blade of the Immortal, but I stopped around issue 80...something. I kinda of just stopped buying it, but I have to say it is one of my all time favorites. The story and art was perfect, I would have to put everything on hold just to read an entire graphic novel. I wish they would make a game based on it, there would be some sweet boss fights.
