Would deleting the browser's cookies work?

Have you checked Norton's program permissions?
Blocked irc? inbound/outbound settings?

the Java applet never loads for me, not just with the chat, but with like java games and stuff too... so I won't be in the chat unless I get IRC...

We need to change servers. If you use an irc client that attempts reconnect less than every 30 seconds, it G-lines the IP.

I've already been g-lined, because my identd options weren't set right.

Unless someone can find something better, we're going to have to use IRC... Flashchat isn't an option; I was looking over the server logs and it turns out it was lagging the server up to 0.25-26 just with 6 people in it (It means that 25-26% of the server's CPU was going towards running Flashchat)

I've got a bunch of great alternate IRC servers to use. Ask and ye shall receive.

IVE BEEN G-LINED why!?!?

Quakenet admins g-line people who don't have identd set up and try connecting more than twice without having it set up.

Quakenet is extremely tempermental. Sykoi saw two people get g-lined for asking for help in #help. I wish I was joking. :\

Don't worry, I'm looking for a good IRC daemon right now to launch our own IRC server.
