Re-iterating my request for a history subforum

I would like to see a history subforum put up. Someplace where people could post essays on and discuss the history appropriate to the game, thereby informing one another and those who know very little.

Particularly useful posts or threads could be stickied or even combined into a reference.

Further, a person or group of people could make a basic outline of historical information for general use; having read this outline would be expected of all players.

History Sub forum would be fun. Ya ide love to have one source to see history of fuedal japan.

I can't and won't make another forum until you think of something that can merge with it.

I.e. - Instead of the forum just being for Japanese History - it could be for 'History and the future'.
Obviously this is a horrible idea; but until it can be merged with another new forum, I don't want to make it.

It could be a forum dedicated to Japanese History along with how philosophy effected history. Such as the development of Bushido and how it related to the forms of Japanese culture, government, and military institutions.

This forum would be much more than just a history discussion. I could get deep because once you get into the martial discussion you will need to delve into the chinese (chan, and Toaist) influences.

For my taste? Culture and History are subjects I love. Asian culture and history are indeed topics that hold great interest with me. That was what my post was about. Instead of just history you delve into how culture influenced it.

Also I think they are on topic. Since the lore of this game will follow actual history its an important subject.
